The Assistant Collector shall be elected annually at the Annual Meeting of the Church for a one-year term, and may be re-elected for a total of five consecutive terms.

1. Assist Collector in counting money from regular Sunday Offerings, and special services or projects.

2. Pick up money after church and make deposits to bank, as needed.

3. Assist with mailing of six-month and year-end statements.

4. Have working knowledge of Collector's software program, and be able to enter data as needed.

5. Assist Collector with Pledge Drive, as needed.

6. Assist Collector with compiling reports for Finance Board and Council.
