Treasurer

The Treasurer shall be elected annually at the Annual Meeting of the Church for a one year term, and may be re-elected for a total of five consecutive terms.


1. Maintain income and disbursement records.

2. Maintain records of ad hoc and certain memorial funds.

3. Perform payroll function for church employees.

4. Provide monthly and year-end financial reports.

5. Pay church bills, as authorized by Finance Board.

6. Act as a voting member of the Finance Board and the Church Council.

7. Deposit all building rental and event funds.

8. Work with individual committees relative to their budgets.
